foundation
- 1947 - 1956 – Mining silty raw
materials and sale in raw condition. Active underground mines:
"BOLKO", "JANINA" and open cast mines: "MARIA
I" and "MARIA II"
- 1956 - 1963 - Beginning the production
of enriched kaolins
- 1963 - 1990 - Development of the
kaolins production for the industries: ceramic, paper, rubber, paints,
glass fibre and other.
- 1995 - 1998 – Company
privatisation:
- I stage - Employment restructuring and company division
- II stage – Creation of a Single-Person Company of the
State Property
- III stage – Contribution of the Company Shares to
National Investment Founds
